Order Procedure:
1. Minimum order is 26 items. additional orders can be done in 26 increments
1. E-mail us your order list, we will purchase the items from local VS store. Usually takes 2~4 days. Sometimes, we may have ready stock available with us (in USA). 50% deposit required at time of order.
2. Once items are purchased/in hand, you'll make balance payment.
3. We will ship out the parcel directly to you (terms changes according to kastam procedures), usually takes 14 ~ 18 days to reach. Tracking number will be provided upon ship out. We are not responsible any delays caused by couriers. We ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) priority mail service.
4. Parcels are Insured. If items are damaged in shipment, buyer are responsible to place the claim with Pos laju when receiving. When receiving items, always open the parcel and check the contains in front of post officer. We will only reimburse refunds on damaged items, if claims submitted to Pos Laju.
